1. Vide order dated 13th February, 2014 this Court granted liberty to the counsel for the applicant to mention and circulate this matter after the applicant surrenderS. the order that is impugned in the present revision application is passed under Section 185 of the Motor Vehicles Act. The record indicates that no interim order is in force and by virtue of the order dated 13th February, 2014 the application was to be circulated after the applicant surrenders.
2. Today, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that they are unable to contact their client. In the circumstances this application cannot be kept pending. The application is accordingly dismissed. Criminal application Nos.39 of 2014 and 40 of 2014 are also disposed of. (A.K. MENON, J.)
