Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Perused the contentions and the grounds raised in the Writ Petition. The Petition is misconceived for the simple reason that the Petitioner's friend is arrested and is in jail pursuant to the offence registered vide FIR No.131 of 2019 against him. In our opinion, the Petitioner's friend is not in illegal detention. Hence the Writ Petition stands rejected.
