During the pendency of the writ petition, certain developments have occurred, which include issuance of unilateral conveyance deed in favour of the respondents. In the wake of the aforesaid development, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is desirous of withdrawing the writ petition and he seeks liberty to fle a fresh writ petition, assailing the subsequent action 2.

The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn by reserving the liberty as prayed for in favour of the petitioners, which include their claim to press for the reliefs sought in the present writ petition.
