By this review petition filed by the review petitioners (original applicants in Civil Application No.1109 of 2012), the review petitioners seek recall of the order dated 11th October 2013 passed by this Court dismissing the Civil Application No.1109 of 2012 by rendering 25 pages judgment while deciding the application for condonation of delay filed by the applicants. 2.

The review petition came to be filed by the petitioners after the learned Judge retired. By an order dated 24th June 2016 passed by Shri N.M.Jamdar, J., this Court expressed that the petitioners were not candid in disclosing certain facts to the Court. 3.

A perusal of the additional affidavit filed by the review petitioners and the grounds raised in the review petition clearly indicates that no case is made out for recall of the order dated 11th October 2013 passed by this Court. This Court has made various observations about the conduct of the review petitioners in the said order and judgment

Review petition is thoroughly misconceived and is dismissed. No order as to costs.
