He submitted that the trial be expedited. Learned MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR counsel for the Applicant submitted that the offence is of the year 2017. He was arrested in the present C.R.No.212/2017 Nesarikar

2 / 2 14-BA-386-20-IA-972-21.odt registered with A.P.M.C Police Station, Navi Mumbai. He was arrested on 07/08/2017. Initially he was granted bail, but subsequently provisions of MCOC were applied and his bail was cancelled and he was taken in custody on 03/09/2019. Since then he is in custody. He prayed that in this background the trial be expedited.

Considering that he was earlier granted bail before invocation of MCOC, in this particular case trial can be expedited. 4.

Application is disposed of as withdrawn unconditionally. The trial is expedited.
