By an office order dated September 21, 2021, the petitioner [who was working as CBS/MMCT and transferred in the interest of administration as per office order dated June 12, 2019 as CBA/BIY] has now been re-transferred in the same scale and pay in the interest of administration and posted as CBS under SS/VLP.

The parties agree that in view of the aforesaid order dated September 21, 2021, the petitioner's grievance does not survive and that the writ petition may be disposed of. 3.

It is ordered accordingly. No costs.
