Today when this matter was called out neither the Petitioners nor their advocates are present.

The impugned order in the present case had directed to pay maintenance pending the disposal of the Special Case No. 295 of 2003. In all probabilities, the said suit must have by now been disposed of. Accordingly, reliefs in this Petition have been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

4.

There shall be no order as to costs.
