907to909-WP.1385.2019+2.doc P.C. :- 1.

After these petitions were heard for some time on the earlier occasion, all that we expected was a response from the scrutiny committee and which would reflect its willingness to assist parties like the petitioners. Now, having taken instructions from the second respondent, the learned AGP says that the scrutiny committee will complete its task and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of three months from today. 2.

In these circumstances, each of these petitions are disposed of. They are disposed of with the direction that the scrutiny committee should pass final orders within a period of three months from today. The time would not be extended in any circumstances.

3.

We clarify that we have expressed no opinion on merits and all contentions in that behalf are kept open. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petitions are disposed of.
