This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 9/1/2017 passed by Special Judge, POCSO. The applicant was enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. The learned Counsel seeks modification of clause-2 of the order dated 9/1/2017. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The clause-2 of the order dated 9/1/2017 passed by the Special Judge, under P.O.C.S.O. Act, Greater Bombay stands modified as under :

"The accused Kiran Baban Pawar be enlarged on bail on executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount."

(iii) Rest of the order to remain as it is.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
