This is an application filed by the Original Claimant for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the Appellant-Irrigation Division in the Tribunal.

As the Appeal is preferred only on the point of quantum of compensation, the Applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% amount of the compensation deposited by the Appellant-Irrigation Division in the Tribunal, on furnishing of the usual undertaking. 4.
