We direct the Registrar (Judicial-II) to make a photocopy of the original report and forward it in a sealed envelope to the Court of learned 6th Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai before whom Civil Misc. Application No.100 of 2016 filed by the Applicant is pending. It will be for the learned Judge of the Family Court at Bandra to decide whether copies of the report should be made available to the parties.
