After having heard both sides, we find that the Petitioner's grievance is that Revision Application No.352 of 2015 which is pending with the State Government, is not yet decided and pending since May-2015.

We have called upon learned AGP to take instructions and she has informed the Court that on 17 February 2016, the above revision application will be heard and disposed of. The statement is accepted.

We direct that if it is not possible to dispose of the above referred revision application on 17 February 2016, the interim application made therein shall be taken-up and disposed of. All this be done after hearing the Petitioner's advocate or their duly authorized representative. If interim application is not filed by the Petitioner till date, let it be filed within one week from today and the Respondents shall deal with the same on 17 February 2016.

The writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

We clarify that all contentions of both sides are kept open. Needless to further clarify that even the contesting Respondent nos.3 and 4 namely Mr.Rohidas Baburao Gawande and Mr.Prashant Rohidas Gawande, who are present in Court, shall also be heard by the revisional authority on the point of both stay as also on the merits of the revision application.
