The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Appellant i.e. Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has also filed a letter dated 10.12.2021 which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Vide the said letter instructions have been given by the Chief Law Officer, North Western Karnataka Road Transport Corporation, Central Offices, Gokul Road, Hubli to the learned Advocate to withdraw the aforementioned six First Appeals.

First Appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

In view of the disposal of the Appeals, pending Applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

Statutory deposit be transferred to the concerned Tribunal within a period of one week from today.
