This petition has been filed for the direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the matter at the earliest on its own merits within a time-frame.

It is informed that the charge has been framed in January 2015. The first witness was examined on 20/02/2018. Since then there is no progress in the matter.

In view of the aforesaid status, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial in Sessions Case No. 762/2014 pending in learned Sessions Court for Greater Bombay at Mumbai within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

Petition stands disposed of.
