We are inclined to dispose of the present petition finally in view of the Division Bench judgment dated 25.10.2013 passed in Writ Petition No.5087 of 2013 which has referred even the Government Resolution dated 27.6.2013, as submission is made and not disputed by the other side, the petitioner is also covered by the same.

KJ 2/2 wp1411.14 The learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.5 & 6-management on instructions makes a statement that they will forward the pension papers and proposal of the petitioner to respondent no.4 within two weeks. The concerned respondents including respondent nos.2, 3 & 4 to decide the same in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the receipt of proposal to be forwarded by the respondent nos.5 & 6.

Therefore, by keeping all points open, the writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(b) and (c). No costs. Rule made absolute accordingly.
