This is an application seeking amendment to the review petition in respect of the judgment and order passed by Hon'ble Justice (Retd.) Smt. R.P. Sondurbaldota. Smt. R.P. Sondurbaldota has demitted the office on superannuation on 7th March, 2017 and the review petition is filed on 10th October, 2016. The Applicant is seeking amendment to the review petition since no notice has been issued in the review petition. Learned counsel Mr. Ingle seeks to raise ground, seeking review of the original order.
