In terms of the earlier orders, the respondent-husband was required to pay an amount of Rs.3,75,000/- towards maintenance/arrears of maintenance as on 31/01/2016. 2.

Today, the respondent-husband confirms having paid an amount of Rs. 50,000/- to the petitioner wife. The respondent-husband states that further an amount of Rs.50,000/- will be paid to the petitioner-wife positively on or before 15/02/2016 and the balance amount of Rs.2,75,000/- will be paid to the petitioner-wife positively on or before 15/04/2016. All the statements made by the respondenthusband are accepted as undertaking to this court. 3.

The respondent-husband has further stated that along with the aforesaid payments, towards arrears of maintenance, the respondent-husband will pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.25,000/- per

mub 21 caw 295.16.odt month regularly to the petitioner-wife. This means that maintenance for the month of February, March and April will also be paid along with the aforesaid amount towards the arrears of maintenance. The monthly maintenance at the rate of Rs.25,000/- shall be paid on the 10th day of each month. All these statements are accepted as undertaking to this court.

In view of the aforesaid, though, Mrs. Sarnaik who appears for the petitioner-wife opposes to grant of any indulgence to the petitioner husband, extension in the aforesaid terms is granted to the respondent-husband in the matter of clearance of arrears of maintenance as aforesaid.

The Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order. (M.S. SONAK, J.)
