P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court indicated that, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned Order passed by the Trial Court, rejecting the Application of the Applicant for discharge under Section 227 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to raise her contentions at the time to trial before the Trial Court. Application is accordingly dismissed, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
