Mrs. Katdare, learned counsel for the appellants tenders letter dated 10th February, 2020 addressed by the Constituted Attorney of the appellants instructing the learned advocate to withdraw the First Appeal on the ground that the matter is settled out of the court. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellants states that the constituted attorney of the appellant no.1 who is also appellant no.2 herein is empowered to withdraw this appeal on behalf of the appellant no.1. Statement is accepted. Letter dated 10th February, 2020 is taken on record.

First Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn on the aforesaid ground.
