The respondent is said to be represented by a Resolution Professional. It appears that time for completing the arbitration proceedings have expired. Extension of time was therefore sought . However owing to intervening lock down no progress could be made. This petition seeks an order extending time to complete Arbitral proceedings before the Sole Arbitrator.

The record indicates that notice was issued to the respondent on Rajeshwari R. Pillai th March, 2020 returnable on 2 nd April, 2020. Affidavit of service is on record. again intimated by email. Learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Shimpi further states that he has telephonically informed the Resolution Professional of the fact that the matter is listed today. Respondent is absent on call. In view of the same I pass the following order : (i) Time to complete Arbitral proceedings is extended upto st December, 2021.

(ii) Petition is disposed in above terms.
