Heard Learned Counsel for the parties.

2. By this Civil Application, the applicant is seeking direction against the petitioners to join them as party respondents in the present petition.

3. Though the petition is duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them on 20th August, 2018 and today also.

4. Considering the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the applicant, we are satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application.

5. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :

(A) (a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the appellant to implead the applicant as party respondent to the above Writ Petition."

(B) The petitioner is directed to carry out amendment on/or before 14th September, 2018 with amended copy to the other side.

(C) If the petitioner fails to carry out the amendment within the stipulated time, liberty is granted to the applicant to carry out amendment in the petition thereafter and inform the other side immediately to that effect.

(D). Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
