Learned Counsel for the applicant-Insurance Company submits that the applicant-Insurance Company is ready to deposit entire decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon within three weeks from today and he requested to grant stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 09.10.2017 passed by learned M.A.C.T., Pune in M.A.C.P. No. 620 of 2013.

In view of submission, there shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 09.10.2017 passed by learned M.A.C.T., Pune in M.A.C.P. No. 620 of 2013 subject to condition that the applicant-Insurance Company shall deposit the entire decretal amount with interest accrued thereon within three weeks, failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court and the claimant is at liberty to execute the 1/2
