This is an application for temporary bail for a period of two weeks on the ground that the marriages of sister and brother of the applicant are scheduled on 19.2.2018 and 21.2.2018 receptively at Village Basedi, Dist. Dhaulpur, State of Rajasthan.

2. The applicant is an accused in CR No.I-127-2017 registered with C.B.D. Belapur Police Station, District Thane. 3.

The learned APP on instructions submitted that the Investigating Agency has verified the invitation cards annexed to the application and informed that the marriages of sister and brother of the applicant are in fact scheduled on the aforestated dates at the aforestated address. 2.

In view thereof, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail for a Page-1/2

918-ba-272-18 period of two weeks from 14.2.2018 till 28.2.2018 on the following terms and conditions.

a) The applicant be released on temporary bail from 11.00 a.m. of 14.2.2018 till 5.00 p.m. of 28.2.2018 (both days inclusive)on his furnishing PR bond of Rs. 25,000/- and cash security of Rs.25,000/- which is to be deposited with the Registry of the Trial Court. b) The applicant shall surrender himself before the Jail authority on or before 5.00 p.m.of 28.2.2018.

c) If the applicant surrenders himself before the Jail authority on or before 5.00 p.m. of 28.2.2018, the said cash security deposited by him shall be refunded to him without any demur in that behalf. e) The applicant is permitted to furnish the cash security before the Sessions Court at Thane where his case is committed and will be entitled to claim refund of the said amount of Rs.25,000/-. d) If the applicant fails to surrender before the Jail authority on or before 5.00 p.m. of 28.2.2018, the said cash security shall stand forfeited and the applicant will not be entitled for its refund. f) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
