This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the applicant Smt. Ved Prakashchand Khanna, since deceased, on record. Ms. Bedi states that Smt. Ved Prakashchand Khanna died on 29.12.2018 leaving behind daughter Poonam Prakashchand Khanna (before marriage) & Poonam Shailesh Jayakar (after marriage) and son Vivek Prakashchand Khanna. She further states that Vivek Prakashchand Khanna is not ready to join in the present proceedings of the applicant. She, therefore, prayed that L.Rs of the deceased Smt. Ved Prakashchand Khanna may be brought on record and she may be permitted to transpose Vivek

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). The applicant is permitted to bring on record Poonam Prakashchand Khanna (before marriage) & Poonam Shailesh Jayakar (after marriage) as applicant and son Vivek Prakashchand Khanna as respondent No.4. Amendment shall be carried out on or before 31.1.2019. List C.R.A. for admission on 4.2.2019.
