By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner has impugned the orders dated 19.07.2022, 25.07.2022 and 12.10.2022 issued by Respondent No.1 thereby suspending all the development activities initiated by its predecessor officers including that of the Petitioner. 3.

The development work for which budgetary sanction is already obtained, are sought to be cancelled/stayed by the impugned orders.

Today we have considered similarly situated matter and has passed detailed order in Writ Petition No. 430 of 2023. For the same reasons, we allow this petition in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Rule is made absolute. No order as to costs. M.M.SATHAYE, J.
