On the petitioner's complaint FIR No.801 of 2015 was registered on 26th December, 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 326, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far the police has not completed investigation. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the allegations made in the complaint, we direct the police to complete the investigation within four weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of.
