The Petition is filed for quashing the FIR No.209 of 2013 registered at the instance of the Respondent No.2 at Khar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Shinde, learned APP having taken instructions from the Officer concerned, makes a statement that subject crime is already investigated and 'C' summary is filed before the concerned Magistrate on 19th May, 2017. Statement is accepted.

In view of the said statement, Mr. Saraogi, the learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly concedes that the grievance of the Petitioner no more survives.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
