By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the present second appeal. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection if the delay of 12 days in filing the second appeal is condoned and if the second appeal is placed on board for admission at the earliest. Statement is accepted. 2.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the delay of 12 days in filing the present second appeal is condoned. The applicant shall remove all other office objections on or before 12th February 2016. Civil application is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Place the second appeal on supplementary board for 'Admission' on 17th February 2016. Learned counsel for the respondent states that till 18th February 2016, the respondent will not execute the impugned decree. Statement is accepted.
