The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the suit itself is decided by the Trial Court on 29.06.2016. He submits that in view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Application. He submits that he received instructions from the applicant to withdraw the Civil Revision Application. To that effect, he made an endorsement on a farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
