Mr. Damle for Petitioners states that Petitioners have all intentions to honour their commitments and pay off the liabilities to Respondent No.2. Mr. Damle states that the proposal that has been referred to in the Petition, Respondent No.2 should consider it favourably before they take any further action. Mr. Patil states that he will advice his client Respondent No.2 to fix a meeting if possible during the course of this week itself with Petitioners to consider the proposal being given by Petitioners. Mr. Patil states that as far as it would protect the interest of the Bank, they would consider any proposal favourably.

In view of the above, Petition disposed.
