On 5 August 2022, we had given time to the learned APP to take instructions as to the order dated 2 May 2011 passed by the Division Bench in Writ Petition No.8385 of 2010 which is referred to in the order under review. The APP seeks further time on the ground that instructions are not received.

The order under review has followed the decision of the Division Bench of this Court on 2 May 2011. In the Review Petition, there is no reference as to what happened in the Writ Petition No.8385 of 2010. The review is not in respect of Writ Petition No.8385 of 2010 and therefore, in this state of affairs no purpose would be served by keeping this Review Petition pending and the Review Petition is accordingly disposed of.
