This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the order passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 44th Court, Andheri, in Complaint No.551/SS/2007 by which the complaint was dismissed for want of prosecution. The elay is of 81 days.

For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 6 and 7 of the application, the delay of 81 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice and the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Application stands disposed of.
