Heard. This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased sole Applicant Rukmini Swarupchand Kirad who died on 30/10/2015. The Civil Application is within time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

12.111.16-cac (a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicants to bring on record Appellant Nos.1A to 1F to the present Civil Revision Application No.283/2013 as heirs and legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant namely Late Rukmini Swarupchand Kirad and allow to amend the cause title accordingly.

b) The Applicant is directed to carry out appropriate amendment in the Civil Revision Application within 4 weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the Civil Revision Application as well as pending Civil Application, if any, on the Advocate for the other side, immediately thereafter.

d) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
