Heard. Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that Respondent no.2 has passed an order on 30th January 2017. Same is placed on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of the said order, learned counsel for parties submit that this petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1199 of 2017, dated 25th January 2017 (Vaishali Samadhan Deore Vs. The Returning Officer, Nashik Municipal Corporation and others).

Accordingly, we dispose of this petition by directing the Respondents that if the order dated 30th January 2017 is still in force, the same shall immediately be acted upon and implemented on production of an authenticated copy of this order before the concerned authority.
