Shri Patil-Bankar, the learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 3 and 4, points out that an independent order dated 17/01/2022 has been passed by the competent authority and as the petitioner is a defaulter, the name of the petitionersociety has not been included in the fnal voters' list. 2.
With reference to the order dated 17/01/2022, Shri Patil Bankar points out this aspect from page 71 of the petition paper-book at clause No.2 below the First Chart. M.M.Salgaonkar

Considering the above, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition. It would collect the copy of the order dated 17/01/2022 and challenge the same independently.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The petitioner would be at liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law.
