The learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 10 states that the corpus Salim Ainul Haq Shaikh was in Uttar Pradesh for some time but has returned to Mumbai and is residing in Mumbai. He states that he has given a statement to the Police accordingly on 2 August 2022. 2.

The learned APP on instructions states that the corpus Salim Ainul Haq Shaikh is present in the Court and is currently residing at Room No.3, Shastri Nagar, Madrasa Chawl, behind Bori Kabrastan, Jari Mari, A.K. This being the position that the corpus is very much available and is residing at the above address, there is no warrant to issue any writ of habeas corpus. It is open for the Petitioner to take such steps as may be available in law in respect of her civil rights, if any.
