In view of the fact that, the chargesheet is filed by the Investigating Agency after completion of investigation of the present crime, the learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to file an application for discharge and/or to contest the case arising out of CR No. 648 of 2020 registered with Mulund Police Station,Mumbai, as contemplated under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code, before the Trial Court.
