Learned APP states that the trial is on the verge of completion and only two witnesses are remained to be examined, out of which one witness is already under crossexamination. She states that every endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial within a period of one month from today. 2.

In the wake of the above statement, the application is disposed off, by reserving a liberty to the applicant to renew his request, if the trial is not culminated in the aforesaid period.
