Despite there being various directions issued by the Co-ordinate Benche of this Court, the Petitioner and his Advocate on record in violation thereof and in breach of Section 228A of Indian Penal Code have disclosed the name of victim in the cause title and pleadings of the Petition. 2.
In view thereof, we direct the Petitioner to effect an amendment and mask the name of Respondent No.2. Said amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

As the Petitioner has disclosed the name of victim in the cause title and pleadings of the Petition, we direct the Petitioner to pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- to Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai within a period of two weeks from today, failing which present Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

If the Petitioner complies with the aforestated directions within stipulated period, issue notice to Respondent No.2, returnable on 28th July 2023. The notice be served through Respondent No.1. 5.
