When this court expressed that the court has not inclined to grant the relief, learned counsel for the applicant on instruction submitted that he wants to withdraw the application. He made a request to give directions to the trial court to expeditiously dispose off the matter by submitting that the applicant is behind bars for two years. In view of the age of the applicant, this court holds that the direction is necessary. The trial court is hereby directed to dispose off the matter within six months from the date of receipt of this order. (T.V.NALAWADE, J.)
