The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Appellant submitted that the present Family Court Appeal is filed against the Judgment and Order dated 21st November, 2022 passed by the Family Court No. 2, Pune dismissing the Divorce Petition of the Appellant. She submitted that during the pendency of the Family Court Appeal, both parties have settled their disputes between each other and are now cohabiting as husband and wife. On instructions, she therefore submitted that nothing survives in the Family Court Appeal and therefore, sought liberty to withdraw the same. JULY 25, 2023 Husen
