The learned AGP has tendered across the bar a copy of the letter date 18th February, 2015 addressed to him by the SubDivision Officer, Islampur. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In view of what is stated in the letter, we dispose of this petition by passing the following order. (i) We direct the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on Thursday, 26th February, 2015 at 11.00 a.m.; (ii) The petitioner shall produce a photocopy of the application at Exhibit-A before the second respondents on that date along with an authenticated copy of this order;

2 wp1719-15 (iii) We direct the second respondent to decide the said application as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of 6 weeks from 26th February, 2015. (iv) Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order. (v) All contentions on merits are kept open.
