The petition is filed for following reliefs:

a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 8 to transfer the investigation of the offences u/s 323, 324, 325, 327, 504, 506(2), 109 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered vide F.I.R.No.524/2015 with Borivali Police Station, Mumbai, to C.I.D.(Crime) of the State or any other independent agency.

b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue order or direction to respondents Nos.1, 2 and 8 to initiate inquiry against respondent Nos. 6 and 7 for Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Sr.No.922 WP 407.16 their failing to carry out their constitutional duty honestly and upon the conclusion of the inquiry, the report be placed before this Hon'ble Court about the action against respondent Nos.6 and 7.

Mrs. Kejriwal, learned APP, having taken instructions from the officer concerned, makes a statement that at present the investigation of the subject FIR is carried on by Mr.Gaikwad-API and the investigation would be transferred to another PI-Crime of Borivali Police Station. She also submitted that further investigation of the subject FIR would be supervised by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Borivali Division. She lastly stated that investigation of the subject FIR would be concluded within a month or so. The statements are accepted. 3.

The present investigating officer shall handover all the papers in respect of the subject FIR to the new investigating officer. 4.

In the light of these statements, the petitioner-in-person stated that his grievance stands redressed. The petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
