Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants seeks leave to amend the cause-title of the Interim Application No. 1340 of 2023 and to carry out other consequential amendment to include the name of Meenakshi Jitendra Patil as one of the heir of deceased Laxman Waman Patil. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). The Civil Revision Application to be accordingly amended within a period of 14 days from today.
