Learned A.P.P. has invited my attention to the statement of the complainant recorded on 20/06/2022, where she has acknowledged receipt of Rs.6,00,000/- through a cheque given by the applicant. Her statement records that she has received a sum of Rs.4,80,000/- prior to the lodging of the complaint and AJN

2/2 12 ABA-277.22.odt Rs.6,00,000/- is paid pursuant to the order passed by this court. The balance amount, as stated by her, is to the tune of Rs.55,600/-.

The applicant was admitted to interim protection by order dated 03/02/2022 and has even abided by the conditions of payment of Rs.6,00,000/- to the complainant.

Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in the court, states that the custodial interrogation is no more necessary.

As a consequence, the order dated 03/02/2022 is made absolute. The application is disposed off.
