Learned APP submits that the trial has commenced and the prosecution has already examined two witnesses. I am, therefore, not inclined to entertain the present application for bail. 2.

It appears that the applicant is in jail for about two years and six months. The trial Court thus shall endeavour to conclude the trial, as early as possible. If the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order then the applicant is at liberty to move an application for bail before the trial Court.
