Oral Order :- By this Petition, the Petitioner has challenged, primarily, the order dated 19 November 2014. The other orders that are challenged are sequator to the order dated 19 November 2014. All that has been done by the order dated 19 November 2014 by the learned Judge is to issue notice to the proposed defendants. It is not necessary to interfere at this stage as the application for impleadment is still pending which will be no doubt decided by the learned Judge on its own merits. Keeping all contentions open, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
