The above Writ Petition challenges the order dated 31/10/2017 passed by the Respondent No.1 in Application below Exhibit 112 in the Application No.58 of 2005. Admittedly, during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the Application No.58 of 2005 itself has been disposed of by the Respondent No.1. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to adopt appropriate remedies as are available in law to take exception to the order passed by the Respondent No.1 in the Application No.58 of 2005. Needless to observe that the contentions raised on merits in this Writ Petition are kept open for being agitated in further proceedings.
