Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State. 2.
By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court (CORAM : ABHAY M. THIPSAY, J.) vide order dated 21.11.2014 in Cri.B.A.No.1984 of 2014. The condition of which modification is
sought reads as under :- "The applicant shall report to the office of the Cyber Cell Police Station, Bandra Kurla Complex on every Monday, every Wednesday and every Friday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., till the disposal of case against him."

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has been attending the concerned police station since the date of the order. He states that as a result of the said condition imposed, the applicant is finding it difficult to find a job and hence is unable to provide livelihood to his family.

For the reasons set out in the application, the Application is allowed & the aforesaid condition is modified to the extent, that the applicant shall now report to the office of the Cyber Cell Police Station, Bandra Kurla Complex on the 1st Saturday of every month
between 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon instead of every Monday, every Wednesday and every Friday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.. Rest of the conditions to remain the same.

If there is a breach of the condition of attendance to the concerned police station, the prosecution shall be at liberty to seek cancellation of the applicant's bail.

The Application is disposed of accordingly.
