Heard the learned counsel for the parties for some time. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, in my view, the Application cannot be entertained here as the main Application seeking anticipatory bail is still pending before the learned Sessions Judge and it is scheduled to be listed on 11 February 2022. In such circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of. The learned Sessions Judge shall make an endeavour to decide the Application finally on 11 February 2022.
